In no event shall EMAD Boards LLC, employees
or any of its affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect,
special punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages,
or any damages whatsoever, even if EMAD Boards LLC has been
previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether
in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory,
arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to
use, or performance of the information, services, products,
and materials available from this site.
These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure
of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions
do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts,
or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential
or Incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply
to you.
I understand that electric skateboarding is a very hazardous
and an inherently dangerous activity. I understand that the
use of skateboard equipment purchased from EMAD involves
the risk of injury and death. Poorly maintained skateboard
equipment, unfavorable weather conditions, drug and alcohol,
and exceeding the limits of one’s own ability can increase
the risk of injury or death. I have read this agreement and
release of liability and completely understand its content.
I understand that this product is a machine and is known to
stop and throw riders off. I also understand a wheel can stop,
or break and throw a rider. We recommend not to go faster
than you can handle in the likely event this electric-skateboard
malfunctions in any way you hold us harmless! This is for
expert riders only. Do not let any one ride this board, if
you do you are liable. I understand that I may get hurt on
this product.
I understand that it provides a comprehensive release of liability
as to myself, my minor children, and all others to whom I
may provide the equipment purchased from EMAD Boards LLC.
EMAD Boards LLC strongly recommends that when e-skating,
you always wear the proper protective gear including, helmet,
wrist guards, elbow pads and kneepads. Skate within your ability
and at your own risk.
All orders and special offers are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse to take your orders if we feel
you have been false in your information. We reserve the right
to amend our terms and conditions at any time without prior
notification.
