Warranty
EMAD Boards, LLC. warrants to the original user that our
electric skateboard shall be free from all defects in material
or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. This
warranty does not apply to any electric skateboard that has
been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident. Defects
caused by tampering, unauthorized alterations or repairs are
not covered by this warranty. EMAD Boards, LLC may elect
to replace the entire unit, at no extra cost to you, with
the same model or similar model rather than repair it.
Warranty return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
YOUR INSURANCE POLICIES MAY NOT PROVIDE COVERAGE FOR ACCIDENTS
